Five Big Mistakes In Real Estate Investing

Mistake #1: Don’t forget its business:

Never make a buying or selling decision with your heart, always make them with your head.

Mistake #2: Investing blind:

Not developing a good team of advisers to help you along the way or worse, having a good team and not trusting them(Realtors, Accountants, Attorneys, Contractors etc.).

Mistake #3: Not having cash reserves:

Real Estate investing is not for the faint at heart. Have your cash and financing in order well before making a speculative purchase. Cash is King, borrow too much and you’ll lose.

Mistake #4: Being greedy:

Know your “In” and know your “Out” on every deal. Don’t get greedy, real estate investing is NOT a get rich quick game.

Mistake #5: Paying retail price:

To make money in real estate investing, Don’t pay too much for the property! Buy right, Sell right and you’ll do well.
